Current weight: 125lb
That makes a total loss of 13lb,with 5lb still to drop! Let’s hope Jillian and my refrigerator are up to the challenge.

Waist: 25.5”
Hips: 37”
Thighs: 20.5”
That means I have lost another inch from my waist and thighs! My hips and chest seem to be going nowhere, however…
Weigh in day tomorrow - fingers crossed for 125 on that scale!

Body Revolution: Week 3
So! I have finally moved up to Workouts 3 & 4. Today, I finished 4. And I must say, I am slightly disappointed by the challenge they are presenting. I think that must mean it’s time to make the moves harder by adding weights, urgh.
Things I struggle with include the squat hold with heavy rows -makes my legs burn so much. I also can’t do the Hollow Man without shaking like a leaf. I also don’t enjoy that we’ve moved up to proper, hands and feet push ups. I mean, I can do them, and I am always surprised when she says to stop…I just don’t like to. But! That’s where progress comes from, I suppose.
I am not looking forward to doing Cardio 1 another four times. It’s getting extremely old doing the same cardio routine. I really think a rotation of cardio workouts as well as strength would have benefited this program terrifically.
I’m glad that the workouts don’t include speedboxing these weeks (except in Cardio 1, of course) because I kept hitting my own friggin’ hands! Maybe I’m just a giant, uncoordinated eejit, but seriously, ow!
Also, be proud of me, guys - I wanted a Cornetto, but instead I had some Galia melon and now I’m full. I love when snack substitution actually works!

Rage.
Arguing with ignorant people about feminism on MFP is not my favourite way to spend a day.
I really, really love being told by a white middle class dude that feminism is outdated and unnecessary. Please, mansplain why that is some more.
And, on the subject of contraception, one guy didn’t understand why it was such a big deal and didn’t understand why women couldn’t just, ‘keep their legs closed’.

Current bod! Ignore the bra, it was a pre-bra fitting picture - I’m actually a back size smaller and a cup size bigger (32E) than I thought (34DD).

Intakes, outtakes and give-or-takes.
Today, my eating hasn’t been the greatest (started out strong with a bowl of Special K (173 calories), and lunch was fantastic - a bowl of roasted red pepper soup (145 calories). It all generally went belly up from there though) but all in all, I’d say I’ve done pretty well.
My total food, give or take a few is about 1721 calories for today, minus a quick running session which gave me a 249 calorie subtraction. That gives me 1479 calories, which is roundabout my BMR. I love happy coincidences like this. I also love my HRM, I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it before.
The running was really just damage control: it’s supposed to be my “rest day”, as gifted to me by Jillian. A quick 2 mile jog isn’t going to kill me, though. Plus, rest days are so boring - I hardly skipped a day at all during the 30DS.
Tomorrow is my weigh in day - let’s keep our fingers crossed for at least a 1lb loss! I want to get back into the 120s and stay there.
(I also got my boobies measured yesterday, after months of bras not fitting me correctly, post-weight loss. I am apparently a 32E, an impossibleto find size that has the added bonus of also being outrageously expensive. Yay me.)
